Paul M. Clarke is an experienced aviation professional with nearly four decades of operational, instructional, and leadership experience in commercial aviation. He is originally from Guyana, where he began his aviation career at Ogle Airport, gaining early hands-on experience in real-world flight operations that laid the foundation for his  professional discipline and operational mindset.

Paul graduated from Flight Safety International in 1986, earning his Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings, and later attained his Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate in 1996.

He currently serve as Chief Pilot for an FAA Part 135 On-Demand air carrier, with direct responsibility for flight operations oversight, pilot standardization, regulatory compliance, and safety management. His duties include both flight and ground instruction, encompassing initial, recurrent, and upgrade training, as well as mentoring, evaluating, and standardizing flight crew members to FAA Part 135 standards.

With a strong foundation in operational discipline and training excellence, he is recognized for his commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance. His experience spans real-world on-demand operations, pilot development, and instructional leadership, positioning him as a trusted authority in FAA Part 135 flight operations and training program.
