Wayne Farley is the Safety & Compliance Manager and Instructor at Ogle Airport Inc. bringing almost 40 years of operational and instructional experience in multiple jurisdictions. His journey in aviation begun at Guyana Airways Corporation in 1987 right out of high school. Less that a year later he was recruited by the Guyana Civil Aviation Department to join the Air Traffic Services.

Mr. Farley’s professional career as an Air Traffic Controller saw a rapid ascent in Guyana before moving to Turks and Caicos Islands in 2003 where he ultimately setup and administered the safety management system for five airports under the jurisdiction of the Turks and Caicos Islands Airports Authority.

Wayne Farley joined Ogle Airport Inc. in 2024 as Safety Manager and is a GCAA-approved instructor in several areas including airside safety and airport security awareness.

As an instructor, Mr. Farley conducts initial and recurrent training for employees at Eugene F. Correia International Airport in several disciplines.
